Delays in international shipments to and from Singapore
COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations.
Please note that shipments to and from overseas will result in substantial delay.
We ship worldwide.
We take about 3-5 business days to prepare your orders before shipping out.
Depending on destinations, shipping time varies. Estimated delivery time will be 7-14 business days.
There may be unforeseen delay due to different countries' customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.
In order to keep the shipping fees low for customers, we will be using our local courier service provider, Singapore Post, to mail all orders.
Tracking numbers will be provided once the product is mailed. You can check the delivery status at www.singpost.com with your tracking number.
We will do our best to ensure that packages are packed properly and handed to our local courier service provider promptly. However, please understand that anything that happens during the shipping process is beyond our control.
Any additional tax, fees or customs’ charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers will be responsible for any returned parcels due to negligence such as providing the wrong mailing address or failing to collect the parcel from the local post office during the collection period. Additional shipping cost to ship the parcel again will be charged.
